What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, business name and store URL.
• Your answers on our order form.
• Billing details, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Store data you connect or forward to us, such as orders, delivery tracking and customer messages, used only to build evidence packs.

Why we use it

To provide the service you’ve paid for, to reply to your enquiries, and to keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run Rebuttal: Stripe for payments, our website and database host, our email provider, and the AI provider that helps us draft evidence packs. Some are based in the US and protect your data under recognised safeguards. We don’t sell your data.

How long we keep it

Evidence packs and dispute data for up to 18 months. Billing records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
