Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Rebuttal, a chargeback evidence service for Shopify stores. By subscribing, you agree to them. Contact: gabrielaoimevbore@gmail.com

1. The service

Rebuttal builds evidence packs for your chargebacks using the order, delivery and customer information you share with us. You review each pack and submit it yourself in Shopify. We never submit anything on your behalf, and we can’t guarantee the outcome of any dispute, which is decided by the card issuer.

2. Plans and billing

Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. Core covers up to 10 disputes a month and Starter covers up to 3. Unused disputes don’t roll over. Prices exclude any taxes that apply, which are shown at checkout.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Manage subscription link. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial refunds, except under the guarantee below.

4. Our 60-day guarantee

If the disputes you win using our packs in your first 60 days recover less than the fees you’ve paid us in that time, email us and we’ll refund the difference.

5. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, only share data you’re allowed to share, and check each pack before you submit it. You’re responsible for what you submit to Shopify and your payment provider.

6. Your data

We use the order and store information you share with us only to build your evidence packs. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.

7. Liability

We’re not liable for dispute outcomes, lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
